NOTE: 16 SEP 97 -- HotSpots

Our HotSpot Charts indicate SST have been exceeding the 
HotSpot threshold off Belize and Hondouras for the past 
week -- beginning Sep 13th.  This would indicate that the 
potential for bleaching exists in that area of the western
Caribbean.
